NewYorkStarring: John Abraham, Katrina Kaif, Neil Nitin Mukesh, Irfan Khan
The movie has interesting aspects to it... firstly the star cast - a strange combination of John, Kat, Neil Nitin and Irfan. Never they got together on screen and Yash Raj banner casting these people together is admirable.
The film starts off in a complete hollywood styple and the director has done a good job to keep the tempo until the first half is done. The movie is based on the 9/11 attack and how innocent people were tortured by FBI and they've been released later due to lack of evidence after the detention process.
The friendship between John, Kat and Neil has been shown pretty well and also, the movie has a good pace in the first half and the second half takes an interesting route and the momentum according to me has been lost a bit.
Katrina Kaif after all the films she has done, has picked up the right movie where in there was some scope for her to perform and she has done an amazing job (considering the performances in the other movies). John has went about his role in a great way. The refreshing aspect of the movie was Neil Nitin Mukesh. He has done proper justice to his role, playing an innocent looking chap from India going abroad for studies and how he handles the situation with FBI was very good. Irfan Khan as usual has done a good job.
The background score is decent soft rock, the songs are OK. Overall, the movie is a good one time watch stuff.
I would rate it 3/5
Cheers
